Scammers are constantly coming up with new strategies to achieve their ends. To better spot them, recognize the secure means we use to communicate with you. What we never do Here is what we never do when we communicate with you: We never send unsolicited text messagesWe never ask you to provide personal or banking information by email or text messageWe never notify you of a reimbursement by email or text messageWe never leave voice mail with personal informationWe never require any payments by Interact transfer, prepaid credit cards or cryptocurrency How we communicate with you To ensure that the communication you have received is legitimate, please read our communication practices: We may call you if you have an application in progressWe may reply to you by email if you have contacted us in this way. Under no circumstances will we give you or ask you for personal information by emailWe may send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email only if you have contacted us by email or used one of our online services What to do if in doubt Do you have any doubts as to whether the message you have received is really from us? Here is what to do: Do not reply to the email or text message and do not click on any links, images or attachments contained thereinIf it is a call, do not provide any personal information.
