Authorize someone to represent me

Here is what you need to know in order to authorize someone to act on your behalf in your dealings with RAMQ or receive information concerning you. You will also find the steps necessary to represent an incapable person and renew or modify any other type of representation for the purpose of dealing with RAMQ.

Before going further, make sure you know the difference between an authorization to release information and a power of attorney.
