Authorized optometrists or ophthalmologists

  • Optometrists who are members of the Ordre des optométristes du Québec or an equivalent professional order in another province or territory
  • Ophthalmologists who are members of the Collège des médecins or an equivalent professional order in another province or territory
  • Holders of a training card delivered by the Secretary of the Collège des médecins or an equivalent professional order in another province or territory, authorized to write a prescription
