Certain services of the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) will be suspended from January 27 to February 19, 2023

December 2022, 16 – From January 27 to February 19, 2023, certain services offered by SAAQ will be suspended due to the transformation of its services. During this period, you will not be able to renew or replace your Health Insurance Card at any SAAQ service outlet.

To renew your card

Go to a SAAQ service outlet before January 27 or after February 19, 2023. Many service outlets offer appointments, make the most of it! This way, you avoid waiting on-site and you can plan to have your photo taken on a day that suits you.

Your Health Insurance Card is valid until the last day of the month of expiry. For example, a card that expires on February 2, 2023, will be valid until February 28, 2023.
