Survey on the hearing aid program

June 15, 2023 – We are conducting a survey about the hearing aid program (French only) until July 13, 2023. We invite persons with a hearing impairment, whether or not covered by the hearing aid program, to complete the survey.

You may answer on behalf of another person, regardless of age, but you must be 18 or over.
