2023-2028 action plan regarding social responsibilities (French only)

October 24 2023 – Through our Plan d’action en responsabilité sociale 2023-2028, we are pursuing our objective of strengthening our contribution to sustainable development.

It’s an opportunity to bring our organizational values to life and to integrate our concerns about the impact of our activities on society and the environment, in the pursuit of the collective interest.

This plan contains 13 actions with measurable indicators, which are based on 4 key areas:

• Governance
• Sustainable development
• Diversity and inclusion
• Community

Examples of actions that will mobilize us

• Improve the performance of waste management measures
• Responsible procurement on public markets
• Contribute to the reduction of the environmental footprint of digital technology
• Develop new personas to define the needs and realities of persons from diverse backgrounds
• Increase voluntary and philanthropic action
• Encourage staff well-being
