Survey intended for persons with disabilities

February 29, 2024 – We are conducting a survey intended for persons with disabilities until March 15, 2024.

We want to document the experience of these persons with the services and programs we administer in order to develop our next Action plan regarding persons with disabilities (Plan d’action à l’égard des personnes handicapées 2024-2027).

Would you like to take part in this consultation? Answer for yourself or on behalf of another person as an accompanying person. Please note that this survey is for adults only. If you are taking the survey on behalf of a person under age 18, you must be their parent or legal guardian.
