Survey on 3 of our aid programs

We are conducting surveys on 3 of our aid programs:

• Until September 10: Compression garments used to treat lymphedema (French only)
• Until September 16: Devices that compensate for a physical deficiency program (French only)
• Until September 19: Financial assistance for domestic help services (French only)

We invite anyone who has already used this program or would like to do so to complete the corresponding survey.

You may answer on behalf of another person if you are 18 or over.

Your experience and suggestions will help us to improve these programs to better meet your needs and expectations.
