Withdrawal of clicSÉQUR as a log in method to our online services

March 3, 2025 – As of March 12, 2025, you will have to log in to our online services using the Government Authentication Service, as clicSÉQUR will no longer be accessible. This change affects the following services:

• Québec Health Booklet
• Register for or deregister from the Public Prescription Drug Insurance Plan
• Replace or correct a Health Insurance Card if it is damaged, lost or stolen
• Make my consent to organ and tissue donation official
• Issue my directives in case of incapacity

As a result, the Government Authentication Service will become the only way to validate your identity to log in to our online services.

Government Authentication Service

The Government Authentication Service is a way to log in and validate your identity with the Gouvernement du Québec before using any of its online services. It will eventually become the sole gateway to all government online services requiring secure authentication.
