Identification of the person reporting the wrongdoing

We encourage you to identify yourself so that we can contact you if we need additional information. You may also choose to remain anonymous. In any case, we take all necessary measures to ensure your privacy.

A report of a wrongdoing is confidential: we will not be able to follow up or inform you of the outcome, unless your report concerns an application for reimbursement.
