2022-2023 summary and 2023-2024 update of the 2021-2023 action plan regarding persons with disabilities (French only)

October 19, 2023 – We completed our second review of the second review of the Plan d’action à l’égard des personnes handicapées 2021-2023. It is also showing the results attained, as of March 31, 2023, for each objective. Among the achievements:

• Start of collaboration with various organizations to create links between programs for persons with disabilities
• Dissemination of the self-study Mieux accueillir les personnes handicapées from the Office des personnes handicapées du Québec, and adaptation of the content to the context of RAMQ telephone service delivery
• Accessibility audits carried out for the website (Citizens and Professionels sections), the Québec Health Booklet and the application for reimbursement form under the See Better to Succeed program
• Consultation of staff with disabilities to review the reception procedures for this clientele
• Adaptation of the working environment to meet the needs of persons with disabilities

The Plan d’action à l’égard des personnes handicapées has been updated to be extended until March 2024. In addition to the actions already underway or ongoing, there are 5 new actions for the coming year.
